The Business & Government Information Center (BGIC) has provided over twenty-five years of specialized research service to citizens, government officials and students with information needs regarding business and government affairs.

The BGIC collection contains materials on all aspects of business from doing a business plan, opening and operating a small business to grant funding and government related information at all levels.

BGIC is an affiliate of the Maryland State Data Center and provides access to state documents and is a U.S. Census depository.

BGIC is located on the north end of the mezzanine level of the library at 100 South Potomac Street in downtown Hagerstown.

BGIC is open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and during the afternoons until 5:00 PM by appointment.
