Hagerstown, MD – The Board of Trustees of Washington County Free Library has named Jenny Bakos as the county’s library system Executive Director effective December 9, 2019. Ms. Bakos replaces Mary Baykan who retired on October 31, 2019.

Her Master’s in Library and Information Science was awarded by the University of South Carolina.
