Business Intelligence Manager

The Western Maryland Regional Library is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a  Business Intelligence Manager.  This position will be responsible for the management of statistical and project databases that collect, store, and report information on the Western MD Regional  and its member libraries.  Duties   include Providing analytical assistance by examining business intelligence to measure organizational performance tied to community outcomes. Will oversee measurement effectiveness of library products, services, operations, and strategic initiatives through the design of measurement tools, corrdination of measurement activities, and analysis of results. 

Must be able to complete Library Associate Training sponsored by the MD State Library Association within the first two years of employment.
