Join us on Saturday, February 18 from 11:30 AM-1 PM in the Fletcher Branch Library (100 S Potomac St. Hagerstown, MD 21740) Conference Room 334 for a Returning Citizens Outreach Event. Complimentary lunch will be served on a first come, first served basis.

Returning citizens and their loved ones are invited to join us over lunch to learn about:

This program is presented by Washington County Free Library, GateKeepers Re-Entry Program, Horizon Goodwill Industries, and the Literary Council of Washington County.
