    Washington County Free Library is excited to offer this conversation-style, informational series of programs featuring area physicians.

    Ask a Doctor About... Sleep Apnea

    Find out what you should know about sleep apnea from Dr. Kalim Ahmed, MD, pulmonologist and sleep medicine specialist.

    On the first Tuesday of the monthfrom 6:00 - 8:00 PM, join us to get crafty @ the library!  Make & Take is being up-cycled! Beginning on August 1st, create lovely, useful, and interesting crafts from recycled materials. Have fun and feel good about it!

    For August, upcycled planters! Bring your own colander or use one of ours!

    Don't forget to register two weeks before the start of the program!

    Thursday, September 28th @ 5:00 PM - For ages 16 and up. Learn some basics of comedic improv, like you've seen on "Whose Line is it Anyway?" No experience needed, just be prepared to laugh! Registration required beginning September 14th.

    Do You Know Who Has An Eye On Your Money?, Tuesday, August 22nd @ 6:00 PM - Learn about identity theft, scams, and ways to protect your personal information. Remember to register beginning July 22nd!

    Conquering Debt, Tuesday, August 29th @ 6:00 PM - Get tips on how to conquer the debt accumulating in your life. Register beginning July 29th!

    Getting and Keeping Your Ride On the Road, Tuesday, September 5th @ 6:00 PM - Steps to cover when purchasing a used or new vehicle, plus auto maintenance and insurance basics. Register beginning August 5th!

    Money Matters to the Whole Family, Tuesday, September 12th @ 6:00 PM - Tips & methods to teach financial education to children of all ages along with ideas for families to work together in reaching financial goals. Register beginning August 12th!
